Everything you need to know about office plant rental.
What exactly does regular plant care include?
Each visit includes watering (amount and frequency depends on species and season), health check of leaves and roots, removal of dead leaves, and fertilizing in spring and summer. Once per quarter we conduct a full placement audit. Visit frequency: every 2 weeks (Starter), weekly (Business), twice weekly (Office and above).
What happens if a plant gets sick or dies?
We replace any sick or dead plant at no extra charge within 5 business days of being notified or from discovery during a regular visit. You don't need to chase us — we check plant health ourselves on every visit. Replacement is standard in the rental, not an exceptional service.
Can I choose specific plant species?
Yes. During the first consultation we discuss your preferences and the light conditions in your space. If you have a favourite species, we try to include it — subject to availability and suitability for your conditions.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 3 plants. We don't set a minimum monthly spend — we deliberately target small offices and startups who don't want to pay for more than they need.
How long is the rental commitment?
The contract is month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We don't require annual contracts to get started — that's a deliberate choice.
Does this work in an office without windows or with minimal natural light?
Yes. Many species thrive in low-light conditions — zamioculcas, sansevieria, aglaonema, pothos and others. We will never recommend a plant that wouldn't survive in your space.
How does the first installation work?
After approving the proposal, we schedule installation — usually outside peak hours. We deliver plants, place them according to the approved plan, check substrates and if needed install capillary or self-watering systems.
Are you insured for property damage during installation?
Yes. We carry liability insurance. If we damage a floor, wall or furniture during our work, we cover the cost.
Can I include your service in my ESG report?
We don't hold formal ESG certification, but we issue a service confirmation letter with details on the number of plants, species and rental duration. Live plant rental contributes to air quality improvement, employee wellbeing and biophilic workplace design — recognized indicators in ESRS and BREEAM assessments.
How quickly can you start?
After approving the proposal, we can install within 5–7 business days. For smaller orders (Starter package) even faster.
How does payment work? Do I pay upfront?
No. We invoice monthly in arrears. After each month you receive an invoice with a 14-day payment term. Bank transfer. No deposit required.
Do you operate outside Prague?
We currently operate fully in Prague. Brno and Karlovy Vary are planned from Q3 and Q4 2026. For larger corporate clients with offices outside Prague, we can arrange individual solutions.
